Egg and Spoon films are passionate about documentaries and their power to unearth stories.
Ghost Towns is our first major documentary. Through the lyrical style of filmmaking, one that expresses the melancholic beauty of abandoned places, Ghost Towns is a story about
the way we remember and relate to the past.
The film had its world premiere at Canada's NorthWestFest in May 2016 and was part of the world's third largest documentary festival Sheffield Doc/Fest in June. Egg and Spoon are curating an exhibition for the new year. The documentary is now available to watch.
Previous work includes; Out of Love, about three young gay Christians which was shown at The BFI's Flare Festival online programme and was screened at Queerbee Film Festival, part of their Faith programme and Talk to Me, a personal account of a man's attempt to forge a new social movement based on creating connections between strangers.
